NIC’s mission is to appoint online access for Iranian Universities and other Academic institutes to most comprehensive journals and most useful databases via dividing them as regional Consortium. NIC's program is a methodology that focuses on the client's current and future requirements, expectations, and budget constrains.

NIC started its activities with one of the greatest International libraries, British Library (BL). Then, NIC expanded its services via getting representatives from International Providers such as CSA to provide its customers as well. Thenceforth, Because of our customer’s extensive needs to reach directly to full text journals and magazines, we started to provide them with international publishers and societies.
