NIC has three separate departments to gain the superlative level of performance in Servicing, managing the products and customers, Training the end-user and librarians as well as any other related activities:

1- Sales and Marketing Department: This part is engaged in evaluation of Iranian customers’ potentials, Planning the market and finally processing sales projects.

2- Training Department: This Part is planning to arrange and organize training sessions for all the customers and assembling instructive seminars to introduce new products and services. This part already has several expert teachers who are trained and educated only for electronic resources training to librarians and specialists.

3- Customer Service Department: This part is responsible for daily verification of   customers’ access to the content of publishers and providers, solving technical problems, requesting Trial accesses for applicants and any other technical administrative processes.
